Our Slate, Sandstone and Granite Memorial Plaques are made by a local memorial mason with your dedicated words of remembrance engraved as a lasting natural memorial.

To order a Memorial Plaque, either pop into our office or fill in the Memorial Order Form below and email to us at info@northumberlandwoodlandburial.co.uk.  

Orders can take between 4-6 weeks to be completed. Once your memorial plaque arrives, we will contact you to confirm this will be laid or if you wish, one of our team can meet with you to lay this at the plot together.
