From April 2025 all purchased burial and ashes plots include an engraved slate plaque. Made by a local memorial mason with your dedicated words of remembrance engraved as a lasting natural memorial.

Memorial plaques can be purchased separately if you have purchased a plot prior to April 2025, by submitting the memorial order form below to our office. 

Orders can take between 4-6 weeks to be completed. Once your memorial plaque arrives, we will contact you to confirm this will be laid or if you wish, one of our team can meet with you to lay this at the plot together.
